The experience of people living near wind farms in Kansas has largely been positive, but a lot of misinformation and disinformation surrounds the topic of the development of and experience of living near utility-scale wind farms. 

 

Voices of Wind tells the truth about what it’s like living near utility scale wind farms, showing Kansans—through firsthand storytelling and science-based information—that wind farms are not only not harmful or disruptive as commonly believed, but that they offer many direct and indirect benefits to landowners, neighbors, community members, and the Kansas economy and environment.
